CE5  Verbs

Dear parents,

In the following weeks the CE2 students have to work on the French verbs. In one French method for Americans, I read " believe it or not, some grammar issues in French are easier than in English". I am not happy to learn that because I want to learn English.

There are 12,000 verbs in French , 6 modes ( indicatif, subjonctif, conditionel, imperatif, infinitif and participe. There are 8 tenses, 2 ways ( passive and active ) 2 auxilliaires and 10 personal pronouns

I suggest you start with the more frequent verbs. Below are is two lists of verbs. At the end of this year, if you have a list of 100 verbs in your memory and you are able to use those verbs in present tense, past tense and future tense, I think we would have made a great job.
